This program is designed to create a more engaged workforce ready to take “personal ownership for results.” When individuals take “personal ownership for results” they are committing to specific behavioral changes that will positively impact their customers their colleagues and the results of the organization. By building leaders at all levels every employee is viewed as a vital contributor toward the mission, vision and strategic goals. This program is presented in an interactive format and utilizes activities and experiential learning throughout.
